Doctoral Program

The Doctoral Program in Dentistry at Universidade Positivo differs from other courses offered in Curitiba because it is based on the association between professional skills and abilities. In addition, the program proposes to unite research and teaching with social demands. Thus, the concept of quality is based on the multidisciplinary training of professionals using technology for the educational process.
The aim of this graduate program is to train researchers with a critical, innovative and entrepreneurial scientific vision capable of meeting the demands of society. The profile of the professional to be formed is a combination of excellence researcher and highly qualified multidisciplinary health educator. At the end of the program, the doctor will be able to execute and coordinate research projects, develop patents, lead research lines, establish partnerships with companies and public and private institutions, act at any level of education and develop strategies to promote the improvement of the quality of life of the community.
